So what even is a Phat Geezer? 

Well for starters:-

“Phat” ~ adjective(informal), excellent, cool (come on, it’s an aspiration, not a description!)

“Geezer” ~ noun (informal), a man, (yep, definitely one of those)

If you like music, culture, events and general fun stuff, you’re in the right place.

If you don’t, well, we can still be friends anyway but you are missing out on SO MUCH! 

Phat’s place is your essential guide to interesting music, cool arts events and all sorts of weird stuff that you might find interesting, mostly in and around Gloucester but also Cheltenham, Stroud and even further afield if it looks really good. This is also the place where you can find out about (and book tickets for of course!) events I’m promoting myself.

We’ll also do a bit of philosophy, life hacks, maybe even a few jokes now and then. We’ll just wing it (you realise everybody does right?) and just see how it goes.

Basically, I’ll do all the work, so you don’t have to. Why, you may ask? Simple. We need more joy and fun in the world and this is my personal contribution to achieving that! Plus you might buy some tickets or merch off me one day!
